I wanted to dedicate a post to the power of prayer.
So I'm not usually the religious type; I call myself a Christian and I believe in God, I pray every night but I pretty much never go to church and I've never read the entire bible. To be honest, I don't know everything about my faith. I guess you could call me a blind follower.
But all that doesn't matter in this post. Because the nitty-gritties don't do anything to shake my belief.
Anyway, so I've posted a couple of times about how I've been having this terrible terrible dry cough that kept me up and night, leaving me breathless and tired. Well, 2 nights ago, I was so desperate to get rid of this cough that I literally got down on bended knee and prayed to God to cure me. And believe it or not, the next day I was 95% better. I was hardly coughing at all and the only times I did, it was slightly minor and not as chronic as before. Of course I'm not completely healed, but boy, I feel so much better.
I'm not saying that whatever you pray for will come true; prayers aren't wishes. But I believe that if you're in desperate need of help or guidance, your God (whichever God you believe in) will be there for you.
